Youth Subculture

Black Metal

Black Metal is an extreme subgenre of heavy metal. It often employs fast tempos, shrieked vocals, highly distorted guitars played with tremolo picking, double-kick drumming, and unconventional song structure.

During the 1980s, thrash metal bands established a prototypes for a black metal. This called 'first wave' included bands such as Venom, Hellhammer and Celtic Frost. 'Second wave' emerged in the early 1990s, which consist of Norwegain bands.

Black metal has been met with considerable hostility from mainstream culture, mainly due to the misanthropic and anti-Christian. Additionally, some musicians have been associated with church burnings, murder or National Socialism. For these reasons, black metal is often viewed as an underground form of music.

Characteristics....

This youthsubculture also have many types of instruments such guitars, drums and so on.For example is guitar. They played that guitars with the favour high-treble guitar tones and abundant distortion. On that times, they also played it with very fast tremolo picking. That guitars sounds produce the most dissonant, fearful and ominous sounds. For theirs vocals,it is very high -pitched shriecks, screams and snarls.Besides that, thiers vocal style also sharply with the low-pitched growls or they caal that death metals.Majority of vocalists of this youthsubcultures are male.

Alls the black metals members don not believed our Lord.On the other hands, they all opposition to Christianity and described by some as Right-Hand Part religions. They doing all this thing because they want to promote atheism, antitheism, paganism and Satanism to the others peoples. They all do not perform concerts. For theirs imagery, they have featured impaled animal heads, mock crucifixions and band members doused in animal bloods.During theirs concert, they all dressed in black with combat boots, bullet belts, and spiked wristbands. They uses black and white make(with real or faked blood). Not only during theirs concert but they dressed like this when they all go somewhere.

In conclusion, practising such immoral and uncivillized culture will lead to disaster to human nation. Opposition to religion beliefs, we can assume or categorized Black Metal practicionist as a "Human Satan". With such a low moral value and disgusting attitudes, they're should never qualify calling themself a son of God!!!!!!

Demografic of Malaysian Traffic Accidents

Malaysia
Road Accidents Rate

In Malaysia, rate of road accidents, casualties and deaths have been increased year by year.
This case involved many people's life without knowing their ages from the young until the old. This is due lack of awareness among citizens of Malaysian. There are lot of factors that cause road accidents, such as driver's attitude, geological factor,
vehicles malfunctioning, weather condition, and so on.. During festival season, the rate of accident is the highest especially during school holiday, Hari
Raya, Christmas, and etc.

Driver's Attitude

As we all know, driver who take alcohol while driving a car have the highest probability getting
involve in car accident. If the alcohol taken excessively, it may not only harm you in term of
health, but in term of tragedy (car accident) !!! You may not die because of long-term of taking
alcohol, but you have the risk die in other situation.

Geological Factor

Often peoples blaming the driver because of their carelessness while driving on the road. But
actually they forgetting something which also one of the factor why the rate of car accident had
never been decline. This is due to the condition of the road and not the selfishness of the driver. Some may not agree but some may agree that most car accident cases is because of the road condition, such as the road surface slippery due to the present of spoiled lubricant oil, lots of "hole" which will cause fatality to the driver who driving extremely fast. But in this case, if we
think logically and rationally, even though the driver driving extremely fast over 200 km/h, the
driver himself can avoid such tragic accident if the road condition is in good shape, and none of this will happen if Malaysia's road have such a smooth and wide surface.

Weather condition

Other than the listed factors above, weather condition also can lead to the increase of car accident rate in Malaysia. For example during heavy rain, suprisingly the statistic of car
accident increase dramatically. This is due to the road surface become slippery because of all the
debris and spoiled oil on the surface of the road have mixed up, and this will contribute problem
to the road consumers.

Car Malfunctioning

We already have been informed by the authority to check and to service our vehicle often every
month to avoid any unnecessary things to happen. But due to the habit of the driver itself that
take lightly about this things eventually will cause negative effect to them. They didn't realize
that it is important to service and do some basic inspection around their vehicle such as check
the tyre pressure, the radiator, lubricant oil level and any other necessary things on their
vehicle before start to drive on the road. So, if one of the tyre puncture at the velocity of
200 km/h, can you imagine what will happen to the car and the driver ?

Statistics of Road Accidents in Malaysia

According to the graph above, during 1980 until 2000 there is a different between road accident rate and road casualties rate. The maroon colour indicates the rate of road accident and grey colour indicates the rate of road casualities. If we look carefully at the above graph,on 1980 untill 2000 the line graph of road accidents start to increase year by year. This shows that the rate of car accident never tend to decrease or decline.

On the other hand, the road casualties have an unsteady line graph, it means that the rate of road casualities is less serious compare to the rate of road accident which keep increasingly each year.If the line of the road accident keep on elevating, it means that lot of people lives have been "taken". Even the innocent people's lives got involved in car accident indirectly, which mean the careless driver can cause death to the pedestrian along the road.

There are lot of ways how to prevent the rate of road accidents and road casualties, such as enforcing the law, speed limits not over 90km/h, and so on.So, the authority should take an initiative on every aspects to overcome the rate of road accidents and road casualties from keep on rising.

Myanmar Traditional Wedding Culture

Myanmar Wedding Customs

MYANMAR TRADITIONAL WEDDING CEREMONY

Since the time of birth until they become adult, Myanmar celebrate 12 auspicious occasions. One of these 12 auspiciuos occasions is "The Wedding Ceremony".This wedding ceremony we present and discussed here are celebrated according to Myanmar Traditions since the ancient time until nowadays.

During that day, Myanmar women assume or regard the wedding ceremony very seriously, and the bride will be having cold feet, buterflies in her stomach and perspiration or sweating on her forehead. It's a customs for the bride's family parents, brothers and sisters, to dress her with the best jewelleries they can afford. With her hip-length jacket, long-length silk or satin "htain-me-thein" the bride looks like the princess. The bridegroom surely looks elegant and handsome in this traditional Myanmar men's attire or wedding dress which consist of a head-dress called "gaung baung". A long sleeve staff collared shirt, a double length men's silk longyi called "taung shay longyi", a traditional men's jacket and velvet slipper.

It is very encouraging and practical custom for the friends and relatives who attend the nuptical ceremony to shower the couple with gifts. To watch parents of the bride and bridegroom heartily and kindly welcoming their guests with smiles and handshakes, and watch the wedlock couple give away a thank you card will warm-up your heart. It was the custom in the days of their king to entertain guests with the traditional glass mosaic embeded with gold- gilded Myanmar Orchestra.

Nowadays, guests are entertained with the modern musical instruments. Guests are arriving and waiting the moment for the wedding couple to appear. The Master of Ceremony, will purify and consecrate the marrige is now announcing the beginning of the ceremony. Then later having recited a special written stanza on the bridal families and shower poetic praises on the bride and groom and then end-up with blessings for the couple. At that time the most experienced singer from the band will begin to sing the classical auspicious song.

The flower-girl dips her hand into the silver bowl she's holding and gently scatter the flower with the nuptial couple. Thread on these flowers are meant as good omen, for their life-long union as husband and wife. Now everyone's attention is drawn towards the couple who are walking down the carpeted lane of the hall. The bride and groom has entered the ceremonial hall, attended by their best men and bridesmaids followed by their parents. The garlanding of the auspicious couple is one of the auspicious customs in Myanmar weddings.

In ancient days, it was the custom for the bride and bridegroom to garland each other. Nowadays, a couple with a long martial standing and of only one marrige, bestows the garlands on the couple, including the wedding rings. After the rituals, the married couple warmly greets and thanks to all. The guests in return, bestows on the couple their best wishes, for prosperity and a long and happy married life!!!!

When the married couple arrives home, they pay their respects to their parents of both side, according to traditional Buddhists customs. The "Gei-Bo" negotiating begins once the couple tries to enter their brided chamber which by then is blocked by rows of friends and relatives, holding gold chains asking for "Gei-Bo" which is pocket-money. A lot of boisterous bargaining and negotiating follows until both sides agree. After passing through this last obstacles, the married couple will carry on their life in building a long lasting and happy marriage for their entire life.

To conclude this topic, all culture and customs in this world have many differences especially on nuptial day . We must learn and know other customs all over the world so that we could gained more knowledged. So that we are not labelled: as malays proverb always says "seperti katak di bawah tempurung".

Thank you and may God bless you.......!!!!!!!!
